We strive for a  Sustainable body,  a healthy body that is performing to its fullest capacity. Food is fuel for your body. What, when, and how you eat can have a significant impact on your health and overall well-being.  

Eating consciously is listening to your body and giving your body the food that it needs to be sustainable. Experiment with food observe how your body feels after eating a certain type of food - does it make you feel lethargic or does it make you feel energetic and vibrant.  

Once you start eating consciously you will quickly learn what food is good for your body and what is not good.
