The Vegan and Immune Boosting Bowl that will Keep You Fuller Longer



We starting 2021 on a healthy note. In January we feature Sarah's @sculptedkitchen vegan, immune boosting and gluten free 'Choats' bowl recipe. The chia seeds used in this recipe is the ultimate superfood. Enjoy!

Mix together 2 T of chia seeds with half a cup of porridge (organic and gluten free if possible). Fill bowl up with milk (dairy free) until the milk is covering both the chia and oats. Mix in 2 T of maple syrup or 1 tsp of monk fruit powder. Add in bananas or cinnamon. I also added 2 T of coconut yogurt for a creamier and richer taste.
