Greek Chicken Bowl with Rice, Tomato, Red Onion, Cucumber, Feta and Yogurt

This bowl is super refreshing and will leave you satisfied during any detox.



  • 1 cup cooked rice

  • 2 chicken breasts (boneless)

  • 1 tomato

  • ½ red onion

  • 100g feta cheese

  • ½ cup of cucumber

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp chicken spice

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (or any oil of your choosing)

  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 180° Celsius (356° Fahrenheit).

  2. Season chicken with paprika, chicken spice, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place chicken in a roasting dish with the coconut oil and roast for 20-30 minutes (or until the chicken is cooked).

  4. Slice the tomato, red onion, cucumber, and feta.

  5. Once the chicken is cooked, let it cool and then cut into bite-sized pieces.

  6. Assemble the Greek Chicken Bowl by placing the rice first and adding the chicken, tomato, red onion, cucumber, and feta.

Tip: Garnish with plain Greek yoghurt and mixed herbs.
